კონფიდენციალურობის პოლიტიკა და Cookie-ების შეტყობინება

ეს გვერდი მარტივად განმარტავს, რა მონაცემები მუშავდება, როცა სტუმრობთ ვებგვერდს elitlight.ge და როცა ჩვენ გვწერთ შეკვეთისთვის. პოლიტიკა ეფუძნება საქართველოს კანონს „პერსონალურ მონაცემთა დაცვის შესახებ".
1. ვინ ვართ
მონაცემთა დამმუშავებელი არის:
- ბრენდი: Elit Light

2. რა მონაცემებს ვამუშავებთ
ვებგვერდზე არც რეგისტრაციაა, არც ფორმები და არც ონლაინ გადახდა. ჩვენ ვერ ვხედავთ, ვინ ათვალიერებს კატალოგს.
- შეტყობინება შეკვეთისთვის. როცა ღილაკზე აჭერთ, იხსნება WhatsApp ან Telegram წინასწარ შევსებული ტექსტით (ხის ნომერი, ზომა, ფასი). შეტყობინებას თქვენ თვითონ აგზავნით. ჩვენ მივიღებთ თქვენს ნომერს ან მომხმარებლის სახელს, სახელს, რომელიც მესენჯერში გიწერიათ, და იმას, რასაც ჩაწერთ (მაგალითად, მისამართს მიტანისთვის).
- ზარი. თუ დაგვირეკავთ, ვხედავთ თქვენს ნომერს.
- ბრაუზერის მეხსიერება თქვენს მოწყობილობაზე. იხილეთ მე-5 პუნქტი.
- ტექნიკური მონაცემები. ვებგვერდის ჰოსტინგის სერვერი ავტომატურად ინახავს ტექნიკურ ჟურნალს (IP მისამართი, თარიღი, მოთხოვნილი გვერდი). ეს საჭიროა უსაფრთხოებისა და გაუმართაობის აღმოსაფხვრელად.
სპეციალური კატეგორიის მონაცემებს (ჯანმრთელობა და ა.შ.) არ ვითხოვთ. გთხოვთ, არც გამოგვიგზავნოთ.

სარეკლამო შეტყობინებებს ჩვენ ავტომატურად არ გიგზავნით. ახალი ხეების ან აქციების შესახებ მოგწერთ მხოლოდ იმ შემთხვევაში, თუ თქვენ ამას პირდაპირ დაგვეთანხმებით, და ამ თანხმობის გაუქმება ნებისმიერ დროს შეგიძლიათ.
4. ვის ვაძლევთ მონაცემებს
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) და Telegram. როცა მათ გამოიყენებთ, თქვენი შეტყობინება მათ სერვისებში გადის. ისინი ცალკე დამმუშავებლები არიან და მათი წესები მოქმედებს. ჩვენ არ ვაკონტროლებთ მათ მონაცემთა დამუშავებას. მათი სერვერები შეიძლება იყოს საქართველოს გარეთ.
- TikTok და Facebook. ვებგვერდზე მხოლოდ ბმულებია ჩვენს გვერდებზე. ბმულზე გადასვლამდე ეს სერვისები თქვენზე მონაცემებს ვებგვერდიდან არ იღებენ. გადასვლის შემდეგ მოქმედებს მათი პოლიტიკა.
- Google Maps. ღილაკი „რუკაზე" გიხსნით Google-ის რუკას. გადასვლის შემდეგ მოქმედებს Google-ის პოლიტიკა.
- ჰოსტინგი. ვებგვერდი განთავსებულია Cloudflare, Inc. (აშშ)-ში. პროვაიდერი ჩვენი სახელით ამუშავებს ტექნიკურ ჟურნალს.
- სახელმწიფო ორგანოებს მონაცემებს გადავცემთ მხოლოდ მაშინ, როცა კანონი გვავალდებულებს.
მონაცემებს არ ვყიდით და სარეკლამო ქსელებს არ ვუზიარებთ.
5. Cookie-ები და ბრაუზერის მეხსიერება
ვებგვერდი არ იყენებს სარეკლამო და ანალიტიკურ cookie-ებს, არ აქვს Meta Pixel, Google Analytics ან მსგავსი თვალთვალის ხელსაწყო. ამიტომ cookie-ბანერი არ გვჭირდება. ვიყენებთ მხოლოდ ორ მცირე ჩანაწერს თქვენს ბრაუზერში:

ორივე ჩანაწერი მხოლოდ თქვენს მოწყობილობაზე რჩება, ჩვენთან არ იგზავნება და თქვენს იდენტიფიცირებას არ ემსახურება. წასაშლელად გაასუფთავეთ საიტის მონაცემები ბრაუზერის პარამეტრებში.
შრიფტები ვებგვერდის სერვერიდან იტვირთება, მესამე მხარის სერვისიდან არა.
6. რამდენ ხანს ვინახავთ
- მესენჯერში მიმოწერას და შეკვეთის დეტალებს: შეკვეთის შესრულებიდან 12 თვემდე (გარანტიისა და პრეტენზიების გამო), შემდეგ ვშლით.
- ჰოსტინგის ტექნიკურ ჟურნალს: 30 დღემდე.
- თუ შეკვეთა არ შედგა, მიმოწერას ვშლით 3 თვეში.
თუ კანონი უფრო ხანგრძლივ შენახვას მოითხოვს (მაგალითად, საბუღალტრო დოკუმენტები), ამ ვადას დავიცავთ.
7. თქვენი უფლებები
შეგიძლიათ მოგვთხოვოთ:
- გაიგოთ, გვაქვს თუ არა თქვენი მონაცემები, და მიიღოთ მათი ასლი;
- შევასწოროთ არასწორი მონაცემები;
- წავშალოთ ან შევაჩეროთ მათი დამუშავება;
- არ დავამუშაოთ ისინი, თუ საფუძველი კანონიერი ინტერესია;
- გადაგცეთ მონაცემები მოსახერხებელი ფორმატით, სადაც ეს გამოიყენება;
- გააუქმოთ თანხმობა ნებისმიერ დროს. გაუქმებამდე მოცემული თანხმობით დამუშავება კანონიერი რჩება.
მოგვწერეთ Minepeblog@gmail.com-ზე ან დაგვირეკეთ +995 557 00 06 80-ზე. ვუპასუხებთ კანონით დადგენილ ვადაში, ყოველ შემთხვევაში 10 დღეში. შეიძლება დაგვჭირდეს დავრწმუნდეთ, რომ მონაცემები სწორედ თქვენია.

8. უსაფრთხოება
ვებგვერდი გადაეცემა დაცული კავშირით (HTTPS). მიმოწერაზე წვდომა აქვთ მხოლოდ იმ თანამშრომლებს, ვისაც შეკვეთების მიღება ევალებათ. ვთხოვთ, მესენჯერში არ გამოგვიგზავნოთ ბარათის მონაცემები ან პაროლები.
9. ცვლილებები
თუ ვებგვერდზე რამეს დავამატებთ (მაგალითად, ფორმას ან სტატისტიკას), ამ გვერდს განვაახლებთ და ზემოთ შევცვლით თარიღს. სტატისტიკის ან სარეკლამო ხელსაწყოების დამატებამდე გამოვაჩენთ cookie-ბანერს და თანხმობას გკითხავთ.

This page explains in plain words what data we handle when you visit elitlight.ge and when you message us to order a tree. It follows the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.
1. Who we are
The data controller is:

2. What data we handle
The website has no accounts, no forms and no online payment. We can't see who browses the catalog.
- Order messages. When you tap an order button, WhatsApp or Telegram opens with a prefilled text (tree number, size, price). You send the message yourself. We then receive your phone number or username, the name set in your messenger, and whatever you write (for example a delivery address).
- Phone calls. If you call us, we see your number.
- Browser storage on your device. See section 5.
- Technical logs. The hosting server automatically keeps a technical log (IP address, time, requested page). It's needed for security and for fixing faults.
We don't ask for special category data (health and the like). Please don't send any.
3. Why, and on what basis

We don't send marketing messages on our own. We'll write to you about new trees or offers only if you clearly agree to it, and you can withdraw that at any time.
4. Who receives your data
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) and Telegram. When you use them, your message goes through their services. They are separate controllers and their own rules apply. We don't control how they process data. Their servers may be outside Georgia.
- TikTok and Facebook. The site only has links to our pages. These services don't receive data about you from our site before you click. After you click, their policies apply.
- Google Maps. The map button opens Google Maps. After you click, Google's policy applies.
- Hosting. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). The provider processes the technical log on our behalf.
- We give data to public authorities only when the law requires it.
We don't sell data and we don't share it with ad networks.
5. Cookies and browser storage
The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. There's no Meta Pixel, no Google Analytics and no similar tracker. That's why there is no cookie banner. We use only two small records in your browser:

Both stay on your device, are never sent to us and don't identify you. To remove them, clear the site data in your browser settings.
Fonts load from our own server, not from a third party.
6. How long we keep it
- Chat history and order details: up to 12 months after the order is completed (for warranty and complaints), then we delete them.
- Hosting technical logs: up to 30 days.
- If no order happens, we delete the chat after 3 months.
If the law requires longer storage (accounting documents, for example), we follow that period.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- confirm whether we hold your data and give you a copy;
- correct wrong data;
- delete it or pause its processing;
- stop processing it where our basis is legitimate interest;
- hand it over in a usable format, where that applies;
- withdraw your consent at any time. Processing done before you withdrew stays lawful.
Write to Minepeblog@gmail.com or call +995 557 00 06 80. We answer within the time the law sets, and in any case within 10 days. We may need to check that the data is really yours.
If you think we broke your rights, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia: pdps.ge. Please write to us first too. We'll try to fix it fast.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Only staff who take orders can see the chats. Please don't send card details or passwords in a messenger.
9. Changes
If we add anything to the site (a form or statistics, for example), we'll update this page and the date above. Before adding analytics or advertising tools, we'll show a cookie banner and ask for your consent.
